| Description | : | A second young Red-tailed Hawk (we named it Alex after our friend Alex Urosevic) leaves the nest ... by mistake. George had just shown up from his sojourn and Alex looked excited to see him. In the course of jumping up and down and flapping wings, Alex lost balance -- and voila, first flight. You can see one of the adults keeping an eye on Alex -- seemed it was also surprised by the take-off.15:38:42.
