| Description | : | Our first close encounter with a young Great Horned Owl (Bubo virginianus). Not the best lighting conditions, but hopefully the owlet will be around for a few more days to allow us more opportunities. The third largest of the Ontario owl species, coming in behind the Great Gray and the Snowy.
