| Description | : | What a treat! Our first Snowy Owl (Bubo scandiacus). Following a 'Snowy Owl trail' posted on an internet notice board by a fellow birder, we went to the Holland Marsh area. After about an hour of searching, we came across one owl perched atop a TV satellite dish. Not as close as we would have liked, but a truly amazing experience nonetheless.
