| Description | : | There's nothing quite like the sight of a Red-Tailed Hawk (Buteo jamaicensis) soaring above you - unless you're lucky enough to get close to one for a photo session. We see many on our travels, perched on posts by roadsides. They seem to abide the passing traffic, but try to stop to make a picture and, zip, they're gone.
