Description | : | We were just wrapping up a Sunday morning outing at our local patch and heading for our car when we heard a Cedar Waxwing (Bombycilla cedrorum). Looking up, an adult Waxwing left a nearby tree, leaving this juvenile behind. This was a most cooperative bird since he/she was still getting the hang of flying.
